Oatmeal + jam breakfasts are pretty delicious. I mashed half a banana and some almond butter into the cooking oats to make it super creamy.
And sunflower seed bread with almond butter is a perfect breakfast (add some banana and you have a well rounded meal.)
I even splurged a little and bought some cereal. This is Kashi Heart to Heart Warm Cinnamon with added dried cranberries and banana. Exactly what I wanted, and more filling than I expected.
Not to be forgotten...this could almost be breakfast. I used this recipe, except I grabbed a random flour from the cabinet. I thought it was whole wheat flour, but I think it was cornmeal? The banana chip muffins are a little different, but not bad. Not bad at all.
One cannot live off bananas and grains alone, though.
